Chenango Valley Maple, Owned and Operated by Charles and Karol Swantak, has been emerging since 2001. Starting out as a backyard hobby, we have grown to what is now a fun enterprise for the whole family. We are located just outside of Binghamton, New York. When the smoke stack starts pumping, and the sweet smell of syrup starts emerging from our Sugar Shack, you know it's not too long before you will taste that delicious Maple Syrup. We offer Maple in all sizes and also have added Jelly and Maple Flavored Lollipops to our growing product line. We look forward to giving you recipes for Maple in the near future, as well as an expanded product line to include Maple Cream and Maple Candies. We hope you truly enjoy your Maple Experience.
